Miami Waterfront Home For Sale Tour Eastern Shores North Miami Beach

I was invited to take a private tour during a Broker’s Open House of a beautiful Miami waterfront home for sale in a gated community known as Eastern Shores in North Miami Beach, Florida. I share a glimpse of my private tour experience with photo of the front and back of the home. Also, I describe some features of the home, share a link with more details and my contact information to make an appointment for a personal tour.

IMG_6190.JPG

From the moment I drove through the security guard gate, I felt a sense of peace. I learned this community is guarded 24 hours a day by Miami Police Officers and there is no association fee paid by owners of the community.

The neighborhood had elegant landscapes and was located only few minutes from the beach, shopping, schools, and restaurant locations.

Upon walking up to the front door, I heard birds chirping in the palm trees. When walked up the few stairs to the entrance of home, there was a unique and what looked like a hand carved wooden entrance door. I learned the main entrance door along with all custom made wooden doors inside were imported from Russia.

The home also had a large garage with plenty of space for vehicles to park both inside and outside in the driveway.

This 2004 year built beautiful two-story waterfront home with 4,418 square feet, spacious 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and high ceilings with plenty of wall space to display art collector pieces.

The spacious beautiful kitchen had granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and other features you would love to see.

The backyard was breathtaking with the intercostal and ocean views, large sized pool with jacuzzi adjacent to it and a dock with 160 foot space for yacht.

It was truly a wonderful Miami waterfront home for sale private tour. For more details with photos about Miami Waterfront Homes and my contact information to schedule a private tour, click here.

3 Steps to Measure Value of Women’s Events with Social Media Strategy

(1) Before event create free educational content for distribution on social media networks related to program agenda including call to action with registration website link at end of message. For example on Facebook, track clicks on registration link, ticket sales, number of likes, comments, shares and views (Number of views available via Fan Page);

(2) During event create fun engagement activities using maximum three social media networks with short relevant hashtag – to avoid confusion. For example on Twitter, track number and create List of event participants and sponsors who tweeted using hashtag (Twitter List feature.) Results in event increasing exposure for returning attendees, returning sponsors, potential new attendees, potential new sponsors and potential television, radio, and print media coverage;

(3) After event create photo album with public tagging option so event participants and sponsors tag each other for opportunity to stay connected. For example on Facebook, track number attendees tagged on photo album, likes, comments, and shares. Results in increased event exposure for returning attendees, returning sponsors, potential new attendees, potential new sponsors and potential television, radio, and print media coverage.

What is your opinion on these steps? Would love to hear your feedback.

Facebook Profile Comments for Women Event Success

Increase your Facebook Profile exposure by commenting on friends’ profile with your opinion. Your women event gets exposure because you already set the foundation with event content on your Facebook Profile Headshot Photo and Cover Photo. For example, I first posted a status update with a question on my profile asking who else is up working late. I asked this question because I knew there are usually friends up late on Facebook.

Immediately, received replies with likes and comments from friends sharing their opinion and/ or questions to me. See mobile screen shot from Android below.

image

Replied to questions or clicked like for their opinion in the comment area where my initial question was posted. See below mobile screen shots  from Android below.

image

image

image

image

image

Then, went to profile of friends who commented to reciprocate the attention given to me by also commenting on most recent post displayed on their Facebook wall. By doing this, the relationships get strengthened. In addition, results in Facebook displaying on each others’ newsfeed any new updates we share. The exposure on newsfeed gives opportunity to engage more times with each other. Also, other mutual friends see activity on newsfeed for opportunity to engage with comments. See mobile screen shots from Android with two scenarios when I commented on friends photo posts – in this case, they both had recently updated profile headshot photos below.

If people who see your comment and relate with your opinion on comment area of Facebook post, naturally they will be curious to know more about you. This is reason important to update “About” section of profile.

Facebook Profile About Section for Women Event Success

Facebook Profile is asset for women event success. The second thing people see after the headshot photo of the Facebook Profile is the “About” section. This section allows people to get quick glance to learn about profile owner. See mobile screen shot taken with Android where orange circle highlights the “About” section below.

image

Complete the “About” section “Work” area with most updated title information. Keep title brief because the screen has limited space for user to view from a mobile, laptop and desktop.

Note: Most Facebook users are actively using mobile to communicate on Facebook Application (App) of the social media network.

Leave enough space for company name to also display. When inserting company name next to job title, you are able to link to an active company Facebook Page for company increased exposure. See both mobile screen shots with orange circles above and below.

image

When people see the “About” section and it interests them, they will click to learn more about the profile owner. This is opportunity for people to click “Like” on company Facebook Page. See mobile screen shot of company Facebook Page with orange circle on “Like” option below.

Facebook Privacy Settings for Women Event Success

When first started using Facebook social media network in year 2006, I set my personal profile with some privacy settings because mostly connected with family, friends and some former college and work colleagues.

The privacy settings were set for friends of friends to see my profile. Also, set for people to find me if they typed my name in search area. Until realized benefits of privacy settings as global and share details with you below. See mobile screen shots taken with Android. The privacy setting screen view may look same or slightly different via a desktop, laptop or iPhone.

I then experienced power of relationships on Facebook when several high school classmates took initiative to organize our 20th year high school reunion. The communication about the upcoming event went viral and we had 150 attendees from all over United States celebrating together in New York. We had so much fun!

In year 2009, decided to set privacy settings to global because started my small business Social Biz Members. I attend many conferences, educational seminars, workshops and networking events. It’s important for me because content I share is both about my interests and educational information about women event success with social media relationships leveraging email, social media and event marketing strategies to be viewed easily by everyone interested. I do not post content that do not want world to see because enjoy my privacy and some experiences are best kept to self and/or with others of moments experienced. Everyone has a personal right and responsibility to be mindful when sharing with others what they choose to via offline and/or online. See mobile screen shot below of me sharing fun content about my Halloween costume which within 24 hours resulted in almost 100 likes and 14 comments, at time screen shot taken, Yellow arrow shows a globe for public privacy setting.

image

I like to add people and accept friend invitations from people on Facebook who are part of similar groups and/or pages of common interest on Facebook. Also, connect if we have several friends in common and/or we’ve met at an event. Finally, if we are connected on other social media networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Google Plus, Instagram and FourSquare.

Focus on quality of connections and not quantity because truly don’t want to waste anyones time if we don’t have some things in common.

A quality state of mind helps me nourish to help strengthen all active personal and professional relationships on Facebook that truly matter.

When share content about a women’s event (conference, educational seminar or workshop) which either a customer and/or I am facilitating, people pay attention because first I pay attention to and engage with the content people share via status updates, photos, and videos.

The results are both stronger relationships and increased win-win exposure for both friends’ Facebook and my personal profiles.

Tomorrow, will share another blog article about women event success with social media relationships as part of 30 Day Blogging Challenge with Social Media Club South Florida where serve on board and club members celebrate 5th Year Anniversary on Tuesday, November 12 both LIVE in Miami and online live stream. Dream Come True: Hispana Leadership Summit + Social Media

Will celebrate soon with fellow Latina businesswomen leaders during The 8th Annual Hispana Leadership Summit presented by PODER Hispanic and Vanidades Magazine. The event will take place from Thursday to Saturday, September 12 to 14, 2013, at hotel Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa located at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

This is second time attending summit and am excited to see many fellow Latina women business leaders who are friends as well as meet new ones.

The first time attended was in year 2011 after won a ticket giveaway on LOGOS PR Facebook Fan Page. I had not previously been aware of the summit and was curious to learn more. The three-day event was filled with excitement upon arrival. I remember each day clearly because the customer service experience, much wisdom shared by speakers and networking opportunity was outstanding. It felt like a dream come true event experience. Imagine how magical summit will be at Walt Disney World!

Imagine sharing with fellow Latina women in business who share similar aspirations and are dedicated to making their dreams come true. Imagine meeting other women who are passionately creating results with personal and professional relationships during their life journey. Imagine being connected to share more wisdom with women business leaders via telephone, email, social media and live events in the community.

As I prepare to attend next week event, checked Hispana Leadership Summit social media networks so stay up to date with event AgendaSpeakers, Sponsors, and Attendees (See below for Attendee List am putting together using Twitter.) The excitement and engagement increases as event is almost here.

The social media networks for summit are the following:

Facebook: www.facebook.com/HispanaLeadershipSummit

Twitter: www.twitter.com/HispanaLSummit

There is also a LinkedIn private group for summit participants to stay connected.

We are also welcomed to join summit conversations using hashtag #HLS2013 in Twitter and Facebook.

Discovered summit preparation celebration tips to bring in luggage by participating social media conversations and they are listed below:

– Pink Gear for Party in Pink™ Zumba Fitness and Susan G. Komen charity campaign to fight breast cancer;

– Red shoes for Courageous Leadership panel;

– White dress for All White Party

– Wear flat shoes for when you walk around parks.

Enjoy photo gallery and video taken during event which provides sneak peek of what to expect. Look forward to see you there if your calendar permits. We’ll have an amazing experience together and make sure you bring plenty of business cards!

If you’ve attended and/or are going to attend Hispana Leadership Summit, let me know in comments below as would love to be connected with you!

I also created Twitter List so we stay connected here (Feel free to tweet me so I add you to list) https://twitter.com/brendaleguisamo/lists/hispana-leadership-summit
